Covenants
Neighborhood protective covenants were established to preserve our property values and neighborhood marketability. Property deeds received by homes purchased within the Oak Hollow neighborhood are subject to these protective covenants.
Several common restrictions can be found in our protective covenants (see Article IX) and include, but are not limited to, the following highlighted items:
Well kept yards, mowed regularly and free of excessive amounts of leaves including the curbsides and fallen limbs
Gutters and rooftops clear of foilage growth
Rotten fascia should be repaired and painted
Clutter or discardings removed from front porches and anything that is visible from the street
Standard fencing and roofing (new additions must be approved by HOA Board members, plans can be sent to the email contact on our Contacts link above)
Trash cans stored out of view from the street
Campers, RV's, trailers, ATVs and broken down vehicles are not allowed as well as no parking of any vehicles in yards
All homes must be owner occupied and never rented or leased
Additions to the home structure or structures built on the property must be approved by both the HOA Board and the City of Madison (see the Building Permits link on this web page above)
Our Oak Hollow neighborhood protective covenants are embedded below and are good to review from time to time by all neighbors.
Homeowners can visit the Oak Hollow community management website at HLNM.
GATE CAMERA POLICY
Our gate cameras are used for monitoring any possible damage that may occur to our gates, entrance area and landscaping. Other than this specific purpose, gate camera footage can only be obtained by the Madison Police Department if a neighbor reports a theft or property damage to the Madison Police Department. Contact information can be found on the Contacts link on the web page above.
