Annual HOA Assessments

Oak Hollow yearly assessments are now handled by Homeland Neighborhood Management (HLNM).

Homeowners can visit the Oak Hollow community management website at HLNM.

Assessments are due by July 1 each year.

Our dues help pay for the following expenses:

Monthly

• Entrance utilities: Electricity, Internet for security cameras, Water for sprinkles

• Landscaping and mowing

Yearly

• Post Office Box Fee

• Insurance for entrance gate area and fence

• Landscape yearly planting and pine straw

As needed

• Tree roots fertilizing

• Tree branch trimming

• Gate Maintenance

• Sprinkler Maintenance

• Camera security maintenance

• Decorations

• Electrician

Every 10 Years

• Gate replacement

  • replaced in 2014 for approximately $23,000, fences typically last 10 years and are suggested to be replaced again 2024

The date and time of our yearly meeting will be posted on this website, sent via email, and also in the NextDoor app.  We may also put up a temporary sign at the gate entrance with meeting and/or yearly due announcements.
